Dependable Heating is a heating and plumbing business serving London and the towns around it. The same engineers who fit and repair the boilers do the plumbing, the drains and the bathrooms, which is why a leak that turns out to be a heating pipe, or a bathroom refit that needs a towel radiator on the heating circuit, is one job rather than two trades arguing. How do I get a price?

Is the gas work done by registered engineers?
By law, work on gas boilers, hobs and pipework in the UK may only be done by an engineer on the Gas Safe Register, and that is the standard every gas job through Dependable Heating is held to. Ask to see the ID card on the day.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. Gas safety certificates, boiler services and repairs are arranged directly with the tenant for access, and the paperwork is emailed to you the same day. Portfolios can be grouped by area.
What happens in an emergency?
Turn the water off at the stopcock, or the boiler off at the switch, and send the details. You are told how quickly someone can be there and what it costs before you commit. The emergency plumber page explains what to do in the first few minutes.
